    Enjoyed the latest podcast, as I’ve enjoyed the show for some time now. Chef Tom Beckman at LCB in Chicago turned me on to your show.

    While I do enjoy the reviews and the report from hot food shows, I’d love to hear more about actual hot sauce production. I’ve tried a handful of varieties myself, and being a food school student I’d love to learn more about how these folks go about doing what they do. I don’t expect them to divulge any “secret recipes” :), but it’d be great to hear about not only how they develop their products, but also different ways of cooking foods with them.

    Keep up the great work, I look forward to the next show! Peace.
