Georgia Peach & Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce

by Brian Meagher : 11/21/2008

One of the BEST hot sauces you’ve never heard of.

Georgia Peach and Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce has a medium heat. We love it on eggs or POURED onto tacos! Guys, if you love hot sauce but can’t get the wife to try any, this may be the sauce that will win her over. She will like this sweet hot sauce! Our friends, Justin and Pat buy it by the gallon!

Its  medium heat is perfectly balanced with a sweet base (cane vinegar), and spicy chili flavor. Although this is not a dipping sauce, pour this sauce on something that is already cooked, like your favorite taco meat or bowl of chili with cheese on top, and you’ve just kicked things up a few notches! It really does shine on or in a cooked product. Out of the bottle, it’s slightly chunky, and tastes good, but it really needs to be married with a cooked dish. Peppers.com says it’s a good wing sauce, but we’ve not tried that yet (Future post).

Ingredients: (Fat Free):

  • water, cane vinegar, red chili puree
  • vinegar, peaches, jalapeno pepers
  • salt, minced onion, tomatoes
  • Vidalia Onions, cayenne pepper, capsium oil

(No refrigeration necessary – from our experience)

Georgia Peach and Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce is a top seller on most any site that sells it! We take it along anytime we are meeting friends at a happy hour that includes tacos, and it’s the first sauce everyone reaches for!

Made especially for Peppers.com, this sauce is a multi-award winner.
