He was a contestant on Season 1 of Fox’s Masterchef, making it all the way to the final 5, and now Chef Sharone Hakman has launched his Hak’s Chipotle Bourbon Barbecue Sauce on haksbbq.com. I am not sure what style of teriyaki sauce you are used too. The thick American style or the thinner Japanese style. If you would like a good basic teriyaki sauce recipe let me know. 🙂
To be honest, I guess we’re used to the thick, American style of teriyaki. But if you have a simple recipe for making some *authentic* Japanese style teriyaki, please share, by all means!
