Grilled chicken tenders with dry rubs are one of my favorite ways to play with new rubs and seasonings.
Today we’re using Rayz Hot Dry Rub (jerk style) and Spice Cave’s Wind rub.

I use a heavy hand when applying rubs to my meats – much to the chagrin of Marilyn.
But I will admit at times I do go a little overboard. But in this case, I think the rubs really shined.
