  1. FIREHEAD THOMAS says:

Thanks guys…this was alot of fun! The first hot wing sauce I mentioned was CAJOHN’S 10 Jolokia wing sauce, it got muffled out.
The others I mentioned are: HOT: DEFCON 1, DANNY CASH’S FALLEN ANGEL, BONFATTO’S FIRE IN THE HOLE.
MEDIUM: RIPPIN’ RED (REGULAR OR HOT), DEFCON 2 & OTT’S WING SAUCE.
SPICY BBQ – STICKY BRAND’S STICKY GHOST SAUCE & BROTHER’S BBQ SPICY GHOST.
REGULAR BBQ – STICKY BRAND’S STICKY FACE SAUCE (SWEET & TANGY)
RUBS – BAD BYRON’S BUTT RUB (I add a little brown sugar to this), D-DOGS BBQ APPLE RUB (the PEACH is good too), HEARTBREAKING DAWN’S DR. BIRD JERK RUB

  2. Alright it’s up! I’ll post a link up on my blog tomorrow. It was a fun round table and mostly highly qualified participants except for that Chris guy (ha ha)

  3. This was so much fun to do! Thanks for having me and it was great ‘meeting’ everyone.

Clearly there are a lot of sauces and rubs out there I have to try.
