CookManFood.com is Dan Mantineo and Todd Youngblood, two friends with a passion for good food. Based in Durango, Colorado, these guys have put together a nice blog of their adventures, complete with their own videos.

Blogging since Feb ’08, they’ve recently posted 5 videos so far, including Standing Rib Roast, Drunken Kabobs, Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Salisbury Steak, and Fish Tacos! They also like to include or feature a beer to go with the dishes.
As many of you know Todd and I are working with the local Kiwanis Club organizing the Smokin 4th BBQ competition to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of America. This event starts on Friday the 3rd of July and goes until the fireworks start on the 4th. The event is really coming together. We are hoping to get 50 BBQ teams competing and 50 – 75 vendors and booths. We have a guaranteed purse of $6000 and hope to get that number much higher with more competitors.
