Brian I add about a teaspoon of the AMHS to a single serving. I'm the only person in the family that likes to kick up the tater salad, so I have to customize my portion.

I'm not sure if there's any particular tater salad recipe that would be an official Southern style, but growing up and living in the South we always add Duke's mayo, boiled egg whites, chopped sweet onions, and yellow mustard to the potatoes. We also add sweet relish or finely chopped celery sticks to the mix. When in doubt, drink a cold bottled Pabst Blue Ribbon and pretend it's Southern style. :)

Hey Cap'n,
I love me the mustard in tater salad. Can you tell me more about what Southern style would be or how much AMHS to add to it?
