MOINK Balls 101 – Video showing easy to make bacon wrapped meatball appetizers

Created by Larry Gaian of TheBBQGrail.com, MOINK Balls are bacon wrapped meatballs, dusted with your favorite BBQ rub, grilled then glazed with pepper jelly or BBQ sauce.
June 5th was International MOINK Ball Day, so we made this video of how easy they are to make and eat!

MOINK comes from “Moo = beef” plus “Oink = pork” – beef meatballs wrapped in bacon.

I’m trying to decide which video format is best. Watch or choose whichever is best for you.

I think I like the second format better but not sure why or what the difference is. Seemed a bit brighter and a bit more clear?

Thanks, Chris. I agree. The Vimeo loses the play bar, and nicely frames the video. Viddler keeps the player controls visible and clicks thru to Viddler.

Finally tried your recipe. Substituted the Aidells Teriyaki Pineapple meatballs for the Italian meatballs for sort of a Polynesian feel. Excellent appetizer.

We’ve actually switched from the italian style meatballs to the plain ones. But anything with Teriyaki AND Pineapple sounds awesome to me! I’ll have to look for the Aidells product around here. Thanks Tom!
