Great recipe! My wife and I made some last night. The pineapples combine with the cilantro to give it a cool refreshing taste on a hot Summer day. I put 1 and a half jalapenos in there to give it some decent heat. Had I had a fresh cayenne or two I would have put them in too. Chopped fresh cayennes would add more heat and some nice color to the dish.

I love pineapple salsa, and this might be worth trying. Although, I will tweak the jalapeno for jalapeno hot sauce, which I love using in my salsa and buddahmole. I tried making p-napple salsa last year and I am not sure if it was too sweet or not. Too watery in the end for sure.

You can get some good stinging heat from jalapenos, esp when you're buying them from the local grocer, and so not knowing what you're getting.

I repeat that this salsa should be a nice compliment to the spicy jerk seasoning, and so, even tho a chilehead myself, I didn't care for the heat a whole jalapeno brought to this salsa.

I found this recipe online.
