Food Blogga – Susan Russo – Food Blog Monday

Susan Russo writes on her own cooking blog, Food Blogga, as well as writing for National Public Radio’s Kitchen Window blog and appears on NPR’s broadcast of Kitchen Window and its podcast.

Susan grew up in Rhode Island, but now resides in San Diego, CA. As a food writer, she’s been featured on NPR’s Kitchen Window blog and podcast.

I decided to highlight her Chicken Chili recipe, since even though it’s Spring in most of the country, it’s still chilly out there! So check out her Chipotle Chicken Chili with Crispy Spiced Tortillas. Looks good!
