		<description>One of my favorite foods at the Tortoise &amp; Hare Bar where I go for my Vikings&#039; Fan Club, they serve cheesy crab dip with warm pita chips.  Like you said, some come out a little crispy/crunchy and I will say I like those too.  Great appetizer.  Thanks for the recipe Brian.
